Retail therapy helps me relax, especially at the new bustling Seletar Mall. I never work on an empty stomach, so it is good that I can satisfy my food cravings at Jalan Kayu. I have a bit of a fondness for planes too, and at Seletar Aerospace Park I like to do some plane-watching, which is a hobby I hope will take off in Singapore. Nature never fails to amaze me, and I indulge in its beauty at nearby Sengkang Riverside Park and wander along the scenic riverside. While working on a script, I like to enjoy a picnic on the green lawns or switch things up with a bike ride on the park connector to Punggol Waterway Park where more leisure activities await.

Thanggam LRT station is right at your doorstep, and Seletar Mall is one LRT stop or a short walk away. You are just four stops from Compass Point mall and the integrated Sengkang MRT, LRT and bus interchange. From there, the MRT will directly take you to Nex megamall, Dhoby Ghaut, right to VivoCity. The nearby CTE and TPE take you quickly to other parts of the island. Nearby Seletar Aerospace Park and Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park add to the investment potential. Nan Chiau Primary and High Schools, and Pei Hwa Secondary are just some notable schools nearby.
