Since 2000, CEL has been actively acquiring sites for property development and investment. These developments include residential, commercial and industrial properties. The current portfolio of CEL includes mid-market and high-end prime properties.

CEL believes in growth through partnerships. It has established joint ventures with reputable foreign funds such as Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partner II and Citadel Equity Fund Ltd. CEL has also teamed with local partners like NTUC Choice Homes Co-operative Ltd and Keppel Land Limited on several highly successful property projects.

Going beyond local boundaries, CEL has launched an expansion into the emerging regional economies, beginning with Vietnam, where it is actively seeking property development opportunities. It is also exploring other markets in South East Asia.


Heeton Homes

Heeton Holdings Limited is engaged in property development and property investment in Singapore and beyond. Established in 1976, it has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since 8 September 2003.

As a boutique property developer, the Group has a niche focus on developing distinctive and high quality residential properties in Singapore's choice districts. Among its completed projects are DLV at Dalvey Road, The Element@Stevens at Steven Road, detached and semi-detached houses along Holland Road, as well as a joint-venture project, The Lumos at Leonie Hill.

Heeton has also formed strong partnerships with other established property developers to develop properties locally and in the region. Such properties include Lincoln Suites off Newton Road, The Boutiq at Killiney Road, Sky Green at MacPherson Road, and Twins at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.

Heeton prides itself on building exceptional and uniquely designed homes that measure up to international standards. As testament to its commitment to innovation and cutting-edge design, the Group has brought in YOO Inspired by Starck, a world-renowned design company co-founded by designer Philippe Starck and British developer John Hitchcox, to design the interiors and landscaping of iLiv@Grange.

Heeton's growth in the property industry is underpinned by a stable portfolio of investment properties that includes Tampines Mart, The Woodgrove, Sun Plaza and El Centro. The Group has also ventured into the hospitality sector, via a significant stake in Mercure Hotel, located in the popular tourist destination of Pattaya, Thailand.

Listed on the Main Board of SGX-ST on February 8, 2007, we are a well-established Construction, Property Development and Property Investment & Management group in Singapore, the People's Republic of China ("PRC") and other South East Asia countries.

In Singapore, we are registered with the Building and Construction Authority ("BCA") with an A1 grading under the category CW01 for general building able to tender for Public Sector Construction projects of unlimited value. We are also registered with an A2 grading under BCA's CW02 category for civil engineering which allows us to tender for Public Sector projects for values of up to $85 million.

Backed by a strong and diversified track record and with more than 35 years of experience, we cover a good mix of both public and private projects across various industries, ranging from Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional sectors. Some of our high profile projects include; NUS Education Resource Centre, The Fullerton Bay Hotel, The Berth by The Cove, and restoration of Far East Square.

The Group has many successful property development projects in Singapore since 2007.

In the PRC we have established our presence since 1997 and the Group currently has Construction, Property Development and Property Investment & Management business.
