The Company converted to be a public company limited in 2011 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2012.
As of 31 December 2016, the Company's registered capital was 333,300,000 baht consisting of 3,333,000,000 ordinary shares at the par value of 0.10 baht, with issued and paid-up capital of 333,300,000 baht.
