Our business in Singapore, where we are listed and have our roots, focuses on residential, commercial and retail properties, while our Australia business has an additional focus on industrial properties. Our Hospitality business, meanwhile, owns and/or operates serviced apartments and hotels in more than 80 cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Over the years, we have developed an intimate knowledge of our core businesses. We also have a presence in our selected secondary markets of China, Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom, in which we invest in, and develop properties, through our International Business arm.
