China Construction submitted top bid for West Coast Vale Site

The residential site that West Coast Vale new condo lands on has fetched 9 bids in a tender closed in early 2017. The highest bid of $291.99 million was submitted by China Construction (South Pacific) Development that is tranferred to $592 psf on the gross floor area.

MCC Land (Singapore) was followed with a $289.9 million bid and Allgreen Properties, with $286.82 million is the third highest bidder. The West Coast Vale condo next to Parc Riviera was launched for sale last December and is expected to yield up to 520 residential units with full-condo Facilities.

Twin Vew at West Coast Vale Road

Although the official name of The New West Coast Vale Condo has not announced yet, Twin Vew or Twin View is expected to be the best consideration.
