1,555 private homes sold in April.
Developers sold 1,555 private homes in April, lower than 1,780 units in March. There were three new projects launched last month, namely Seaside Residences at Siglap Link, Artra at Alexandra View and The Brooks I & II at Springside Walk.
Seaside Residences topped the chart with 419 units sold at a median price of $1,736 psf. Artra Condo trailed with 126 units sold at a median price of $1,646 psf. Parc Riviera came in third with 90 units sold at a median price of $1,246 psf.
In the executive condominium segment, a total of 371 units were sold in April. Sol Acres was the best-selling EC project with 122 units sold at a median price of $787 psf. This was followed by The Visionaire, which saw 53 units sold at a median price of $810 psf and Parc Life with 33 units sold at a median price of $774 psf.
