Teambuild Land is primarily engaged in the business of property development and as secondary activities, they have two complementary business units to support their business model – Construction and Services.
Teambuild Land’s Property division has successfully launched 21 projects & completed 15 projects to date, which include both landed houses and non-landed apartments. Their portfolio of developments includes Ecoville, Cerelia Vista, Mosella, Casa Aerata, Viento, Melosa, La Fleur, Singa Hills, Spazio, and Suites@Newton.
Their Construction division, Spazio Construction was set up in February 2009 to mainly undertake in-house construction in their development projects.
