About Developer
Teambuild Land was set up on 8 August 2008 to focus in private residential developments with a definite business model with 2 prong business strategies. Our Group is primarily engaged in the business of property development and as secondary activities, we have two complimentary business units to support our business model – Construction and Services.
Our Property division has successfully launched 21 projects & completed 15 projects to date, which include both landed houses and non-landed apartments. Our portfolio of developments includes Ecoville, Cerelia Vista, Mosella and Suites@Newton.
Our Construction division, Heptacon Construction was set up in February 2009 to mainly undertake in-house construction in our development projects.
