Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited (“the Group”) is an established property and hospitality corporation with an Asia-Pacific focus and a track record dating back to May 1967. Listed on the SGX Mainboard since 12 March 2008, the Group is engaged primarily in the development and sale of residential and commercial properties (“Property Development”), Hotel ownership and other investment properties in Asia-Pacific (“Hotel Ownership and Property Investment”), including the ownership of Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Since 2013, the three main arms – Property Development, Property Investment and Hotel Ownership have extended their reach beyond Singapore, to countries such as Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Japan and Maldives.

With its experience and expertise, the Group plays a pivotal role as development manager of Jervois Mansion.

Mace Studio - Project Landscape Architect and Sustenance Curator

Jervois Mansion’s sustenance curation programme is developed and organised by Mace Studio, a landscape design studio who are also practicing urban farmers. Winners of the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2017, their ultimate goal is to use good design to address global issues of enhancing sustainability, reducing energy consumption, and mitigating climate change.

Ivan Joshua Loh - Artist for Photographic Arts

Gold Award winner at the 2014 PX3 Prix De La Photographie in Paris, Ivan is a photographer known for his quirky and differentiated approach. Lensing campaigns for many international and local clients. His editorial works have appeared in numerous fashion and lifestyle magazines, and graced renowned international magazines in a career that has earned Honourable Mention in the International Photography Awards New York 2014 to 2018.

Liu Cheng Hua - Artists for Oil Paintings and Sculptures

Credited with creating multi-disciplinary forms of visual art, and recognised for his experimental and exploration on UV lights and electronic materials, Liu Cheng Hua was the first Malaysian to have exhibited at MOYA Annuale 2013 - Young Art Global, and MOYA - Museum of Young Art in Vienna, Austria.
