The Hillhaven Singapore is being developed by a collaboration of Far East Organization and Sekisui House. They have jointly launched and delivered quite a number of quality residential developments over the course of many years.

Far East Organization(“Far East” or “FEO” or the Group”)

Established since 1960, Far East, with its Hong Kong-based sister company Sino Group, is one of the largest real estate companies in Asia. Under its wings are several development and investment arms that operate across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, China, and Malaysia.

Sekisui House

Since its inception in 1960, Sekisui House has become one of Japan’s biggest and most established design and construction companies. It has been responsible for more than two million homes across Japan and worldwide. Within Singapore, Sekisui has been teaming up with local developers such as Frasers Centrepoint and FEO to develop numerous projects. These have included the One Holland Village, Watertown, and Woods Square mixed developments, and pure residential plays like Rivertrees Residences, Seaside Residences, and eCo at Tanah Merah.
