Established in June, 2007, JVA Venture Pte Ltd is a young and dynamic property developer and investment company in Singapore. Combined with three founders’ industrial expertise and financial resources, the company started with development of individual landed house, and till now, expanded the business to develop cluster houses, apartments, and industrial property.

Currently, our projects are mainly freehold or 999 years leasehold which are located in prime areas at East Coast, Thomson, Serangoon Garden and Yio Chu Kong. Catering to modern homebuyers’ fast increased demands, we focus to build quality, spacious and ideal lifestyle houses.
